Stackable Sorting Box with Lid and Locking Mechanism

A stackable sorting box for screws and small parts in 2 versions, with and without a hinged lid for better stacking.

The boxes can be secured with printable clips for safe storage.

These clips are available in 2 variants to securely connect boxes with and without lids.

The matching clips simply need to be inserted into the side pockets and securely hold the boxes together.

Instead of the usual buckles for the lid, I have embedded 8x2.6mm magnets to keep the lid closed.

Optionally, I have also created clips for the lid in 2 variants.

Both the bottom of the boxes and the lid have recesses to securely close the individual compartments and prevent the boxes from slipping when stacked.

I have also created a box without a grid and a modified reinforced grid to print the grid in other colors or to use the shell for larger objects.

For assembly, you only need the aforementioned 4 magnets 8x2.6mm and 2 M3x20 screws or longer to connect the box and lid.
