Use &gt;50% infill. I used 100%. I also suggest using triangle or gyroid pattern. Others will work.&nbsp;Use support to get a smoother and stronger top lip, however not really required - this can be print in place.&nbsp;Note: very tight fit. Consider scaling up slightly if too tight. In my case, I used a plastic hammer to tap in place. Could also be pressed in place with force of hands.

5 mm Pulley for rs775 motors

I wanted to place this on a ½ d-shaft so adapted quickly. &nbsp;Suggest printing &gt;50% infill for strength. I printed in ABS. Could be smoother but is totally functional.&nbsp;Enjoy.&nbsp;Used with Dayton motor 36vg29.&nbsp;Note: the fit is tight, so warm up the part or press/tap into place with force.
