I scanned the K-Flex from Target, here's version No. 6.

Please note: Print at 50% speed!

And I assume no liability if the flight breaks off inside your dart. This can happen due to the layering system.

In my test, the flight fit perfectly into the dart after removing the supports and could be screwed in.

Take it as a joke; they won't last long, because the layering system in 3D printing means the flight will probably break very quickly.

Print it in PETG and see if it holds up. Maybe that will give you some peace and quiet during the transition and allow you to make a few throws with it.

after printing the stem thread, it constantly became a birds nest. would not pring

Sorry, but it's a user failure. Maybe your filament isn't dry enough..

printed and fits perfect.. but only got 3 throws out of it.. it snapped just at the thread

The print itself looks good, it's also easy to screw on, but that's about it. Unfortunately.. both PLA and PETG, one throw, broken
