Rod and joint compatible with all INTEX “METAL FRAME” & “PRISM” tubular swimming pools

Rod Printing Instructions:

The rod must be oriented with the notch facing down.
At low speed, it can be printed without support, but support is strongly recommended to enhance the rod's strength.
A raft is highly recommended.
100% infill.

I recommend printing the rod in ABS or ASA, especially for outdoor use (sun, heat, weather).
PLA is not recommended; it can deteriorate quickly with UV exposure.

Joint Printing Instructions:

The TPU joint is not mandatory.
The important thing is that the pin/rod correctly locks the horizontal tube with the T-tube.
This prevents your pool from disassembling or “exploding”.

The joint is printed in TPU, without support and without a raft.

Happy printing everyone!
