Gray Color Monster - Emotion Fear
Print Profile(2)

Description
The Color Monster originates from the internationally renowned children's book “The Color Monster” (Original title: “El Monstruo de Colores”) by Anna Llenas. In the story, children learn to better understand emotions with the help of colors. Gray here stands for the emotion fear – a feeling that is often difficult to name, especially for children.
The gray Color Monster symbolizes fear, insecurity, and the feeling of loneliness. In the story, it appears shy, trembling, and withdrawn – just like many children feel when they are afraid or overwhelmed. The visual representation helps children recognize this emotion and communicate it.
Ideal for use in kindergarten, school, occupational therapy, or at home:
This figure serves as an educational tool for promoting emotional intelligence. It can be used in group discussions, as part of a feeling set, or in therapeutic contexts. Children learn to talk about their fears, accept them, and understand them.
The Color Monster makes fear visible – and therefore less threatening.
The model is 7.5 cm high, was printed from PETG (PET) and is stable and child-friendly in design. It can be painted or used unpainted – e.g. for learning games, creative projects, or as an emotional learning aid. Perfect for parents, educators, and professionals who want to support children in emotional regulation.
