Description

Enclosed both long and short rail covers which can be easily mounted on any 20mm picatinny rails. With its built-in compliant hook/lock mechanism, I'd suggest to print as is (meaning, I have oriented the items for you. It does need some tree supports, but very easy to remove and still gives you a clean look).

To make it look like real wood, please consider using wood filaments. After printing, it is necessary to sand, stain, and varnish - basically just treat it just like a real wood piece. The result will be quite satisfying and unique. Of course, if you are not looking for any wood finishes, you can just print it and have fun with it right away.

I have also enclosed 2 print files - Smooth & Fuzzy textured. I have tried both and both carries different looks. The fuzzy one may be easier for less experienced people to work on, since it is easier to stain and shows the depths of the grains better.

Enjoy!
