25mm Corrugated Tube Cap – Radiator Rosette Style

This model was created to neatly and securely close the end of a 25mm corrugated tube left exposed after home renovation work. The tube, intended for electrical wiring, ended flush with the wall, leaving visible cables without a proper finishing element.

The design is a remix of two models found on Printables: a radiator-style rosette used for the visible front, and a press-fit cap with flexible fins for a snug fit inside the tube. Once inserted, the part should be slightly twisted to lock it firmly into place.

Two versions are included:

• One with a ~7mm center hole, ideal for passing through cables;
• One with a completely closed bottom, which can be drilled as needed using a standard metal or wood drill bit.

Printed in PLA, with 4 perimeters and no supports required, the result is a clean, sturdy, and functional solution for finishing exposed tubing in walls or ceilings.
