Description
Overview
This space rover model is based on the NASA Curiosity and Perseverance rover. The body of the rover is a box that can be used to store paper clips, rubber bands, clips, screws, or any small items you may have. The wheels are also free to move to roll the model around the desk. Print this model to add a nice functional decoration to your desk!
Materials and Printing
All materials such as PLA or PETG are suitable for this model. The parts are broken into 2 color groups: one printed in a darker base color (black) and one in a brighter accent color (light blue).
- 2-3 walls
- 10% gyroid infill
- Tree support enabled (needed for body)

Instructions
- Begin by filling glue in the left structure cavity and gluing it on the body feature as shown. Note the back of the rover feature.

- Next, fill glue in the right structure and glue it to the body feature shown. Note the back of the rover feature.

- Insert the 6 wheels as shown by snapping wheels into the holes.

- Glue the camera into the camera arm dent by first applying glue in the dent.

- Lastly, insert the camera arm assembly into the front left corner.

- All done!
