Description
The Erbauer tracksaw has fine adjustment cams to remove the slop when the saw sits on the guide rail. When using a Makita guide rail I find that the cams don't quite remove all of the slop.
The cams in this model protrude a small amount further, allowing more slop to be removed. A bit of silicon lubricant on the guide rail allows them to glide smoothly.
The protrusion amount can be adjusted in the attached Fusion 360 model by editing the conic curve as shown in the screenshot.
