Description
The charging port on the underside of the radios, contrary to initial impressions, is very robust. The contacts are made of hardened pins with a gold-plated surface. Nevertheless, a cover is available as an accessory. However, this cover must always be removed during charging; a bevel is provided on the side for easy gripping.
Compatible with all radios of the Motorola MXP600, MTP3500, MTP3550, MTP6650 series
The holes for the contact pins should be reworked with a 0.8mm drill bit. This ensures a more precise and secure fit.
