This is a complete set of wall-mountable house numbers (0–9) and letters (A–H), each with hidden screw mounting holes and matching press-fit cover caps for a clean final appearance.

• X and Y sizes are adjusted to 102% to compensate for shrinkage (ASA)
• Integrated supports are included inside the countersunk holes
  • These prevent overhang issues and are easy to remove after printing
  • Let the plate fully cool to room temperature, then use a small flathead screwdriver — they lift right out, since they detach with the part (not the plate)
• Compatible with other materials like PETG if preferred

Personal Print Notes:

• Printed on smooth PEI sheet
• No brim or glue used — and no warping experienced
• Heated bed held at 100 °C for 15–30 minutes before print to ensure uniform adhesion and thermal stability

Recommended print settings:

• Material: ASA (UV- and weather-resistant)
• First layer speed: ~30 mm/s to ensure good bed adhesion
• Slightly reduced wall/infill speeds for improved surface quality
• Brim optional (not required if your setup is tuned)
• No supports needed beyond the built-in countersink supports
• 0.2mm layer height, 0.4 mm nozzle

Approximate print time:

• Each number or letter (with covers) takes around 1 hour to print using the speeds and settings included in the 3MF file on a Bambu P1S printer.
