Renlab Ultrasonic Cutter A35 Storage Base (CUBE) Printing Guide:

Applicable Machines: P series, X series, A series, H2D

Nozzle Size: 0.4mm

Applicable Material: PLA (other materials to be tested)

Bill of Materials (excluding printed parts): 1 mainboard (to be removed from the original host box), 4 M2*5 screws (to be removed from the original host box), 4 M2.5*5 screws (to be removed from the original host box)

List of Printed Parts: 1 top shell, 1 bottom shell

Printing Settings: Top Shell_Normal Support 30°, Bottom Shell_No Support

Disassembly Instructions:

1. Remove the internal components of the box (handle & straight data cable & bent data cable & hex wrench & 4 blade tubes & adapter)
2. Turn the box upside down, remove the foot pads

3. Remove the 4 screws (4 M2.5*5 screws will be needed during installation)

4. Separate the upper and lower shells of the box, remove the 4 screws that secure the mainboard, and remove the mainboard (4 M2*5 screws & mainboard will be needed during installation)

Assembly Instructions:

1. Remove the printed parts and remove the supports
2. Place the mainboard into the mainboard compartment and fasten with 4 M2*5 screws

3. After snapping the upper part together, turn the whole thing over, and install the 4 M2.5*5 screws from the bottom one by one

4. Assembly is complete
