Keep Cool & Bounce All Summer with AquaBounce!
AquaBounce is a 3D printed trampoline sprinkler attachment designed to fasten to the top bar or safety-net poles of a trampoline using standard cable ties.
Once connected to your garden hose using a Hozelock-style quick connector, it sprays water over the trampoline to help keep summer play cool and fun.
This was designed after my shop-bought trampoline sprinkler broke, so I wanted to try making a printable version.
Features:
- Fastens to trampoline safety-net poles or top frame bars
- Uses cable ties for fitting
- Fits Hozelock-style quick hose connectors
- Designed for outdoor summer water play
- Easy to print
Extra Parts Needed:
- Hozelock-style quick hose connector
- Small rubber O-ring/gasket for better sealing
- Cable ties for mounting
The exact connector pack I used is no longer available, but it was the same style as this type of set:

The O-ring/gasket is not strictly required, but it helps reduce leaking. I reused one from an old Hozelock-style hose attachment. Without the O-ring, it may leak slightly but should still spray.
Safety Notes:
Use AquaBounce carefully and follow your trampoline manufacturer’s normal safety rules.
- Adult supervision recommended
- Use with safety net and padding fitted
- One person at a time
- No flips or rough play
- Use water only, not soap
- Stop using it if the trampoline surface becomes too slippery
Water Pressure Tips:
For the best spray:
- Use a shorter hose where possible
- Check the hose is not kinked or blocked
- Avoid splitters or timers if they reduce pressure
- Make sure valves are fully open
At my property, with the tap fully open, it had enough pressure to spray across a 12ft trampoline. Results may vary depending on your water pressure and hose setup.
A Quick Note
Each model is tested before sharing, but every printer is a little different — sometimes a small tweak is all it takes for a perfect print. If you run into trouble, try:
- Giving your build plate a good clean
- Rechecking bed leveling or Z-offset
- Slowing down the first few layers
- Using a brim or raft for extra grip
