Description

I've found the Pyrex 470ml round storage Dishes very useful. Though over time, the plastic lids become stiff and brittle. This 3D print in TPU filament makes a remarkably good replacement lid. The lid is 126mm in diameter and 10mm high and fits over the Pyrex bowl, just like the original lid.

The original Pyrex lid is quite robust and can withstand high temperatures and safely go through a dish washer. I can't say the same for TPU, so care needs to be taken on how you use these printed lids. There's also the question on whether TPU is food safe. I'll leave you to decide on that one.

Washing instructions:

Wash in warm soapy water.
Do not immerse in very hot water or place lid into a dish washer. The high temperatures will cause the lid to permanently warp.

My print is made in TPU 1.75mm Aurarum black filament, with 0.2mm layer height and 100% infill on a Bambu X1 Carbon printer.

Thanks for taking an interest in my lid design. The outside diameter dimension of the lid is 63mm. As I understand it, the A1 Mini can print that size and can also print in TPU; so all good.

Thank you for the advice. I thought that the dimensions would fit. The mobile app won’t allow me to print your design. I think I’ll need to use the desktop app and see if I can force it. I will report back soon.

Print works great in PETG as well if it is scaled up 1% to accommodate the stiffer material.

Love how this works. I've been using it for a few months now. Thank you for making this model!!! Printed in Generic PETG and 100% infill.

This lid printed perfectly. it fits perfectly on the round Pyrex glass bowl. I would love to have other sizes because all of mine are cracked or cracking.
