Description

Here's a quick wheel chock to keep my old Haier portable AC unit from rolling around. I imagine this could work for other small appliances or furniture with wheels that you don't want moving, you'll probably just have to resize them. I printed out of TPU 95A, 2 walls, 15% infill and bottom shell set to zero layers so the gyroid infill acts like a tire tread and gives more grip (in theory lol). My wheels are approximately 38mm diameter with 2 wheels per caster. I put a 9.5mm wide x 4.5mm tall hump in the middle to keep the wheels from wandering around, probably unnecessary, but It looks nice-ish. This was not my best print, but it's functional and out of sight anyway. My profile is a relatively conservative one. I did print by object, because that's how I prefer to print TPU. You can certainly slow it down for a better print or speed it up to bang them out if you have your TPU settings dialed in.
