Valorant's Glitchpop Frenzy
The gun comes out to about 8.5 inches in length. Be careful when removing the supports, as the ribbon cable on the side is pretty delicate. Also be careful if you plan on scaling down the model as the cable might have problems. The mag is removable and is held in using friction, so if it doesn't fit for you, then you may need to scale it down a bit.
