Description
Boost Me (for free)
A 99% 3D printed box, except screws for easy access if springs get worn out.
Update Log
Added A1 mini size box - It doesn't fit the x1/p1 toolbox insert
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
V1.2 - New lid with replaceable and stronger tabs.
The tabs are printed in a different orientation that makes the thinner parts stronger. They are screwed in place with M3x10 screws.

Accessories
Currently there are inserts available for x1/p1 toolbox.

For custom inserts, there is an onshape document for the box. You can set width, length, height and number of hinges. Don't go lower than 150mm on the width, since there wouldn't be space for the closing mechanism. Make sure to add clearance on your inserts or the box dimensions.
Printing
Some of the parts require supports, these are all set in the print profile. I printed the box out of PETG. However you don't need to, the only parts that need to be printed out of PETG are the springs. This is because they would quickly lose their properties if printed out of PLA.
Assembly
Insert all the parts as shown in the image. If anything rubs and doesn't move smoothly sand the contact edges on the box.

Now screw the front plate in place.
