Schraubstock Backen Prisma round objects magnetic

I designed these vise jaws to be scalable, so they can be adapted to any vise. In this version, they fit my most frequently used vise with 100mm jaws.

I have also included the reference models so that they can be easily scaled. 

🔧 The prisms are suitable for clamping round objects > 8mm in diameter and are available horizontally and vertically

🔩 The jaws hold both by force fit at 100mm and magnetically 

🧲 Recesses for 8 x 3mm round magnets are integrated.

➕ Print on a textured PEI plate; this provides a nicer “texture” and more grip during installation.

🔴 As parameters, I recommend a minimum of 4 outer layers (5 is better) and a minimum of 35% infill -→ The material should be softer than the workpiece to be clamped (in most cases PLA should suffice).

INSTALLATION

1. Check the width (vises often have slight deformations and are not always dimensionally accurate).

    

2. Scale in the slicer if necessary.

    

3. Press/hammer in the magnets.
