Description
This small part improves the reliability of the right outlane ball save sensor (Eddy sensor) in the Pinball Brothers Alien pinball machine.
The stock setup can miss balls passing through at certain angles due to a slightly too narrow detection zone.
This 3D-printed insert subtly guides the ball into the optimal detection path without affecting gameplay or appearance.
✅ Tested with several hundred balls – 100% detection rate
✅ Visually blends in – minimal impact on look and feel
✅ Requires 3 pieces: 1 for the lowest post, 2 for the upper posts
✅ Designed for flexible filament: PU95A recommended
Printed on a Bambu P1S with 0.2 mm layer height and standard support settings.
