UEV 490 Awning Leg Bracket

Bill of Materials
Description
One of the legs on my 270 degree awning snapped of while winter camping. I couldn't find any good solutions online so figured I would make my own. We made several versions and this one seemed to work best.
Before attaching it to the awning arm we popped out the rivets and then made the hole in the awning slightly larger (¼") so that common hardware could be used to attach it.
I highly recommend printing in ASA or TPU so that it endures the temperature swings and rigidity of holding onto the awning leg. TPU makes it much more flexible but its basically impossible to break and really cold weather wont make it brittle.
The piece is print in place and no supports are needed.
Happy Printing!
