  • m4 Heat Inserts x 6:

Description

This is a 2-part blade disc for the Gardena 250.

Just place the mount on duct tape and use super glue to attach it to the outer part.
This makes it easily printable with proper guards for the grass, so your blades don’t get stuck.
Other models had that problem.

You will need M4 heat inserts for this print.

The 200mm model is kind of too big in my opinion and drains the battery too fast.
Even in my 50m² garden, it left uncut spots because the robot would only run for 40 minutes before draining the battery.
Could be due to imbalance, but I don’t think so.

The 180mm disc is perfect. The robot can run for 2 hours with it and finish the whole garden.

IMPORTANT!

When mounting it to the robot (before attaching the blades), rotate it and check if the other edge rotates evenly.
Use a screwdriver to rotate and center it. With this large diameter, balance is really important!
The hole in the middle is for checking the print’s balance. I had to shave a bit off one side to prevent it from always tilting.
