This is a 3D-printable model of a Cancellaria cooperi (Nutmeg Shell), originally digitized by the Smithsonian Institution under a CC0 license.
I’ve optimized and tweaked the mesh to make it print-friendly—no supports needed and scaled for easy handling. Great for educational use, decor, or ocean-themed projects!
I'm currently working on adapting several Smithsonian Open Access models to be 3D printer-friendly. I'm not affiliated with the Smithsonian; just a fan some of the models there and though it would be nice!
