Description

Simple end cap for the Harbor Freight Daytona jack handle. Keeps dust and debris out while giving a clean, finished look.

Friction-fit design — no glue or hardware needed. Prints quick in about 22 minutes. No supports required.

I have the 3-ton low profile model (bought in 2025), but it will probably fit other Daytona jack handles as well. You can scale slightly to ensure a snug fit for different handle diameters.

Excellent and quick print. This fits my 10 year old Pittsburg steel jack and my brand new Daytona super duty jack!

So I didn’t use it for it’s intended use. I needed an end cap for my Polaris Ranger 400 2011 Bumbper tubes. after trial and error (I guess because of shrinkage) I scaled it up to 46mm and it worked perfect in ASA (printed at 280 C and heated the chamber for 30 with the plate at 100 C. THANK YOU!
