Gutter Pop-Up Drainage Emitter

Description
I accidentally damaged my green pop-up emitter for the gutter system — the kind that connects to underground drainage pipes — so I decided to 3D print a replacement. Not only was it much cheaper (about one-third the cost of a new one), but I can now print it in any color I want and even customize the pop-up cap with logos or images.
The model I based it on is the NDS 3-in and 4-in Green Pop-Up Drainage Emitter, but I've included pictures with exact measurements so you can double-check compatibility with your setup.
The files include both the pop-up cap and the support housing. I’ve tested the fit, and both parts work well with my fittings. If you want a tighter connection between the housing and your pipe, just wrap a little painter’s tape around the joint — it will snug up quickly. I intentionally made the fit slightly looser than the stock part because I often need to remove it to clean out clogs.
I printed mine in PETG, since it’s UV-resistant for sun exposure. However, I found that the small tabs that connect the top to the housing can break along the layer lines. To fix this, I designed rectangular inserts you can slide into place and secure with superglue — this makes the connection much stronger. The entire model is also thickened for durability.
Update: I was printing my PETG too cold and that is why it was snapping along the layer lines. I've updated the file to the defaults for PETG in Bambu Studio, as they're much hotter and seem to have resolved the issue. I'm leaving in the reinforcements in case you want to use them, but should not be needed. If the small reinforcements give you trouble, try reprinting them at 99% (1% smaller).
For fun, I made a version with a rubber ducky design for the kids and another with a radioactive symbol. I might even make one that matches the house — why not? I’ve included the STEP file as well, so you can customize your own!
