A mischievous and menacing twist on fungal folklore, this 3D model brings to life a snarling mushroom monster with exaggerated features and sinister charm. Its wide, textured cap looms like a hood, casting shadows over deep-set eyes and a wide, toothy grin. Gnarled fingers and oversized feet give it a lumbering, yet animated stance—perfect for creeping through enchanted forests or corrupted groves in any dark fantasy setting.

Whether it's a cursed spore guardian, a forest-dwelling trickster, or a D&D encounter gone wrong, this model adds personality and danger to your tabletop, shelf, or painting project.

🧠🛠️ Technical Details:

  • Recommended size: ~45+ mm tall
  • File format: 3MF (clean geometry, ready-to-slice)
  • Suggested material: PLA
  • Infill: 10–25%
  • Supports: Needed under arms, chin, and back of the cap
  • Layer height: 0.2 mm standard / 0.12 mm for refined texture on the cap and limbs
  • Post-processing: Ideal for painting—surface textures enhance washes and drybrushing

Thanks for the model! It printed well from my phone using the provided profile. Supports were very easy to remove. I printed it in brown PETG. (d20 for scale)

A1. Probably from the supports, but they will be getting primed and painted eventually.

I'm gonna test them on a P1P to see if the non-sligning bed would make thing better.
