Is it possible to mirror it so that it fits on the other side?

It's just that the other side of yours is not mounted the same way as here.

It's not mounted the same way. On the other side, one of the mounting supports is incomplete. If I flip this side in Blender, will it install correctly?

Great print! Didin´t tried yet, because I don´t know if it will fit my Triumph Speed Triple 1050, but will see. I´ve just found that a different printing position would made better finishing for the part. Also, a reinforcement on one of the rings where it joins the part would be nice.

I mean, what model years are they for? 2019? 2020? 2021? What year of production will this air intake fit?
