I changed it from a dual PCIe NIC to a single Slot to be used with a "M.2 A+E 2.5GbE Intel I226-V Ethernet NIC Card". It's not a 100% perfect fit, but good enough for the backside.
I printed it in PLA but since it could get warm inside a rack I would recommend PETG. Please Check out the original Model from “DerSoUndSoVielte” for a bit more information.
