A nine-compartment loose-material feeder, with each compartment measuring 16mm square, designed for use with the lumenpnp frame and a 1080P 12mm distortion-free camera, ensures complete coverage of each compartment within the field of view. Testing confirms its suitability for even the smallest 0402 polarized components, representing a superior loose-material feeder.

The overall and pickup heights are consistent with the lumen tape feeder, and when paired with the AMS system, it incorporates printable visual guide rings (no need to activate the material wiper tower) for simplified positioning during manual feeder placement.

Employing a layered bridging design, no supports are required during printing!

Four mounting holes are provided on the base; secure using any two (diagonally opposite is recommended) with the same M3 x 10 hex socket head screws and M3 butterfly nuts as the nozzle holder. Multiple units can be seamlessly joined together.

The main body color should be chosen according to the principle of “facilitating visual location of the loose-material components” and is not necessarily black!

If you do not have, or prefer not to use, multi-color AMS printing, the visual guide rings can be deleted from the model. This will leave a ring-shaped void on the surface, which can be filled using colored paint.
