UPDATE - 1/5/26 - Major update - Added model for the deep drawer (single drawer unit) in addition to the original shallow drawer model (two-drawer unit).
Those models are in separate profiles, look for the description in the title.
You'll notice the deep drawer models have the grid sections integrated with the wall pieces. This was decided because of the height of the wall pieces they want to tip and this helps support them.
Also, created profiles for all printers except A1 Mini. The X1 profile for the deep drawer is separate from the A1 because of consideration for the dreaded “exclusion area” of the X1-P1.
The X1 & A1 deep drawer model has “dovetail Shim Spacers” that will snap into the front pieces of the model. The H2 model has those built-in.
Unlike the shallow drawer, the deep drawer doesn't need the shims under the grid to level the floor.

The grid is 14 x 10 grids. I've modeled various bins that have the bottom grid pattern quartered allowing the bins to sit spanning over a half grid. This model is specific for the Dewalt ToughSystem 2.0 DXL 30" tool cart shallow drawer and maximizes the grid layout while incorporating “walls” that cover up the drawer slide fasteners and provides a nice clean look. The walls at the back make sure the grid doesn't shift when the drawer is opened and closed.
The “floor spacers” on the last plate can be glued around the perimeter of the grid and intersections to level the floor of the drawer bottom.
Future models associated with the Dewalt ToughSystem 2.0 DXL cabinet will include DTS2-DXL in the title to aid in finding the models.
For now, I've set this up for printing on the H2D as I use this cart as my H2D printer stand. Soon I'll break it into sizes for A1/X1.
