Description

I was really interested in the Calfpro and the positive reviews it’s received. However, at over £100, it’s more than I’m willing to spend.

So, after spending a couple of hours in Fusion360 and using the information I found online, I’ve created my own version: the “Ultimate Calf Stretcher,” inspired by the Calfpro.

Just like the original, you can adjust the intensity of the stretch by changing your body angle, and I can finally confirm the stretch it provides is incredible. I also added some anti-slip bumper pads to the bottom for extra stability.

Obviously, this is not as portable but I also see there are negetive reviews that it broke. So, my design is to be as solid as possible for 3d printing.

I designed this to be printed on my Prusa XL, with the longest side measuring 285mm. I’ve also scaled it down to 250mm, and that doesn’t seem to make much difference. This is printed without support.

The printed version shown here is 285mm and fits my UK size 10 foot. Without a shoe, it can easily accommodate even larger feet.
