Your likes and boosts are my motivation to update!!! Thank you~
According to user feedback, although the 2nd generation spring has better elasticity and prints about 3 minutes faster, the drawback is that if it breaks, the entire thing needs to be printed So these two wheel axles adopt the latest 3rd generationremovable optimized versionprinted spring: wheeled tank, combining the removability of the 1st generation with the better elasticity of the 2nd generation Left and right cannons (can rotate approx 180°), barrel (can be raised approx 10°), turret (360°) other rotations except for the wheelshave some dampingfeelBecause recording videos at night doesn't look good, no GIF animations were made, but the wheels are still very smooth overall (the card slot is widened by 0.1mm, so the wheels will wobble a bit)
(A little force is needed during installation, the 1.5x large version requires more force)
2025.8.12 Update: Because some friends reported that the body and turret connection buckle are prone to breaking, the buckle was separated and printed individually to reinforce its strength (the two red circles below) After multiple iterations, it's still difficult to make it both secure and easy to install, but the installation should be less effort than the previous version (the buckle has a front and back)

2025.6.5 Update: Adjusted the first layer of the wheel axle to prevent filament overflow caused by excessive hot bed temperature, making the wheels smoother, and the buckle gap has also been widened (See the picture below, left is old, right is newIf there is severe overflow, please check if the hot bed temperature is too high) The wheels also have a small chamfer (see picture below)Note:The new wheel axle has been fine-tuned, and it will be very tight when installed on the old body

The GIF below is the assembly diagram:
1.Install the red part first Install the red part first Press evenly
2.The body and turret connection buckle have a front and back, the long part is for the body, the short for the turret
2.Then install other components

The red box area(small size spacing approx 5.94mm) in the picture below is normal, if there is severe collapse, please add supports yourself, or check if there is a problem with the filament

1.The picture below shows the need to disassemble the skirt, to prevent the cannon barrel from tilting up(at the red arrow, if you need to change the skirt, you must ungroup it)

Note: 1. Both PLA and PETG can be printed. It's best to understand the characteristics of these two materials before printing to avoid printing failures!! For example, PLA can become brittle if left for a long time or at low temperatures, while PETG has good toughness. Please choose the filament that suits you!!
2. If it's for younger children, and the parts are small and easy to disassemble, it's better to glue them firmly with 502 or other adhesives to prevent them from being swallowed!!
3. If there are no special requirements, please do not use your own advanced process settings for printing~ to avoid printing failures!!
If your printd part has local spaghetti, or the filament doesn't stick to the build plate, please recall if you touched that area (hands secrete sweat and oil, touching it has a very high chance of causing spaghetti) or if the build plate is dirty. The solution is to search online for how to clean a 3D print plate!! If other problems occur, please describe it in the comments section and add pictures, so it's easier for us to solve it~ Otherwise, I can't imagine the situation = =!!
