Description

This is a power bank designed for 4×18650 batteries, providing a total capacity of approximately 10,000 mAh.
The main control board is the LX-PB225M module.
To securely assemble everything, you’ll need two additional screws:
– one to mount the module,
– and one to fasten the entire body together.

You should print the top piece in a semi-transparent or transparent material to make the battery percentage screen visible.

The idea is good, however, not everything was perfect. I had to rework the knob because it was sticking. The lid only closes properly on one side. The PCB from Ali is driving me crazy. I can't charge my iPhone because the power bank keeps turning on and off. However, charging Kindles works. It doesn't turn on automatically via the USB B port. If you use both ports, it turns off at some point, etc. Can you create a model with this PCB: PD65W fast charging module Type-C USB interface supports PD3.1 QC3.0 SCP PPS fast charger 5V 9V 12V 20V https://a.aliexpress.com/_EyWoUX2

Thanks for your opinion and about this module you mentioned this module is only for charging devices from a power bank; it cannot charge the power bank itself. To charge the power bank, you need to use a separate charging module. In the near future, I want to design a power bank capable of delivering 60 W of power, so I need to find a suitable module for that. If you can find a board with a bidirectional USB-C port, I could design an enclosure for it.

Replying to @Noob3DMAIN :
Yes, it has a USB-C port which is used for both charging the power bank and discharging power to other devices. It also has a USB-A port. The maximum output power is 22.5 W. Regarding your question about how many times it can charge a phone, it depends on the capacity of your phone’s battery and the battery cells used in the power bank. In my case, I used Samsung E25 cells, each with 2500 mAh, which gives 10 000 mAh in total (4 cells). With this setup, my Samsung S23 can be charged about two times from 0% to 100%, and the power bank still has around 10% battery left.
