BOSCH E-Bike Lockring Tool without Crank Puller
Print Profile(1)

Description
English below!
On my Cube Stereo Hybrid, the so-called lockring, the component securing the sprockets to the crankshaft, loosened after some time. A suitable BOSCH tool exists, but also requires a crank puller for prior crank removal.
My "lockring tool" functions without crank disassembly. It attaches to the crank from above (see photos). The crank acts as a lever; simply turn counterclockwise (note: lockring has a left-hand thread). Secure the chain guard, ideally with a screwdriver (see photos), to prevent it from rotating.
Heed the manufacturer's torque specifications.
I 3D-printed the tool using PLA-CF for robust stability; PET-CF or similar materials should also suffice.

I printed the mold from PLA-CF to achieve good stability, but PET-CF or other alternatives should also work.
