This simple knob is designed to replace the default Bambu door handle. I do not love the default handle because it catches on clothing and has a little too small a gap for my hands sometimes. I also don't like how it sticks out beyond the door profile itself visually.

Printing

Printed here in Bambu's CF-PLA (red) with the knob face down without supports.

Print at 0.16 mm layer height.

The outer depression is there to provide a little space for the rubber grommet on the door so the knob will fit flush as shown. A sacrificial bridge is included to make this print well without support.

Easy install:

1. Poke through the sacrificial bridge with a nail/screw/drill bit/etc, and use the door screws to tap the holes before installing it on the door.
2. Position the knob on the door front and attach from the screws on the inside.
