Description
Hand-cranked centrifuge for tubes up to 13mm
High rotational speed is achieved through the gear system
Parts list:
5x 685 ZZ ball bearings
4x M3x10mm screw
2x M3x35mm screw
2x M3x30mm screw
4x M3x4x5 heat insert
Adhere the round connectors to the gears Ensuring the ball bearings are inserted beforehand
Use the M3x35mm screws to secure the lid to the main body and the M3x30mm screws to fasten the closure
Apply a small amount of grease to the gears for optimal performance
Ball bearing and small gear; here the large hexagonal bolt is glued in
Pay attention to the ball bearing
Reverse side of the gear cover
Insert the large gear into the ball bearing

Now we prepare the lid
The 4 heat inserts are installed to fasten the gear cover with 4x M3x10 screws
Tightly fastened Ensure the gear mechanism operates smoothly
Fasten the lid to the housing with 2x M3x35 screws
Glue the ball bearings into the base of the housing
Fasten the closure
Glue the guide pin into the inner part
Insert the inner part into the housing ball bearing
Attach the crank (can be glued if necessary)
Close the lid and secure with the closure
