Hello Everybody!

As you like so much this collection of fanarts, here is another one for you.

It's a version of Stitch dancing hula and, in case you already own our model of Lilo dancing hula, it's in the same scale, so they can be displayed together. (Lilo is available on our Cults3d page and on our “Patreon shop”, as it's a model of last year)

Stitch model comes with his own stage and torches (that's way the print is a little long, but it's worth it).

Again if you like, there's the way to make the diorama even nicer adding the ring lights (check the BOM right in the bottom of this description)⤵️⤵️

Important thing: Get some glue, the model has been cut in many pieces to avoid to much waste!

Assembling: IMPORTANT!

The diorama is not difficult to build but Stitch head is a little bit tricky…

Let's start.

  1. Glue the eyes to the eyes holes on the face, then glue the nose.
  2. Glue the tongue to the mouth piece and then glue the face to the mouth!
  3. Glue the pink inner pieces of the ears with the external parts and let them dry
  4. TRICKY PART : glue the blue stain on the head of Stitch and then we pass to the leaves crown…

There are two parts of the leaves crown, so before trying to glue them make sure you understand how to fit them correctly to the head.

  5. Once this part is done fit the ears to the head (glue if necessary.

For what concerns the body it doesn't seem to me that any explanation is necessary…let me know if you have any doubts.

But glue everything together (except for THE NECK TO THE BODY, so you can turn its head as you like)

STAGE: I know it will take long to slice it as the wood details of the the floor are quite difficult for the slicer to process and for this same reason it takes 4 hours to print but the texture is nice.

For the flames of the torches use a translucent material if you'll use the ring leds, so the light will pass through.

If instead you wont use the leds you can change the color of the fire and for example use yellow on the base and red on top (just an example…we used pla silk in color gold and it's not very translucent, but some light pass through anyway).

You'll find in the same plate of the torches the little magnet holders that you will use to turn on and off the ring leds.

The ring leds infact work by simply using a magnet to activate them. Get the magnet close to the leds to change the mode of lighting.

There are small holes on the back of the torches where you can insert the magnet holders!

SO… PRINT AND HAVE FUN!
