Description
This is a functional replacement piece for the battery cover for the BMW R1200RT LC, which is identical to the one on dhe R1200GS LC.
Thart that this is mean to replace has part number “6121 8533310”. When searching the part number, I found the following: BMW K50 K51 K52 K53 K54 0A11 0A21 0A31 Battery holder
The original was made in PA6-GF30, but the parts that were holding the 2 pins at the sides were tearing. I decided to print mine in Bambu TPU for AMS, which is rather rigid and still strong, and should be resistant enough to the temperature near the battery. If it doesn't hold up, I'll probably get a roll of PA6-CF to try that.
