Simple Buddy's is a series of small, 3D-printed figures that explore emotional expression through simplified human form and posture. Each figure embodies a distinct emotional state, such as curiosity, joy, or melancholy, conveyed solely through subtle variations in body language. Designed to inhabit everyday spaces quietly, these objects invite reflection on the complexity of human emotion and the quiet presence of feelings in our daily lives. Simple Buddy's offers a gentle, tactile way to connect with the nuances of emotional experience.

Day 2 — Sitting?

Today, something changed.
My legs... they didn’t want to hold me up anymore.

So I sat. On the edge of the flat surface.
That’s more like it.

It felt... right. Like I found the shape I was meant to be in.
Comfortable.

I didn’t know I could feel that.
But I did.

Maybe I’m... grateful?
For this feeling.
For the view from up here.
For the flat surface beneath me.

Nothing big happened.
But I noticed it.

Calm. That’s what it is.
I think I like calm.
