Replacement Part for North Trampoline

This is a replacement part I modeled for a North Trampoline. It’s designed to replace a broken original part where a spring is usually attached.

Note: The hole for the spring is not included in the model and needs to be drilled manually after printing – please take measurements from your original part.

Model Quality & Print Tests

The model didn’t turn out perfect, but it’s fully functional – that’s why I’m still sharing it. While printing, I tested a few things:

• Variable layer height: to save print time while maintaining decent quality
• Scarf seam: I wanted to see how cleanly my printer could handle this seam type

The print result isn’t flawless (see photos), but it’s solid and works well for everyday use.

• Material: PETG
• Infill: 15%
• Walls/perimeters: 3
• Layer height: variable
• Spring hole: must be added manually after printing
