The Venn Puzzle by Craighill. Three identical pieces form a perfect sphere. It's easy to take apart, yet surprisingly difficult to put back together. I modeled this using only pictures that I found online. I split the parts into 2 pieces so it would print nicer since it's a perfect sphere, just place the pins into the holes. Glue is optional as the fit is snug. Please share your feedback if you print it…

I printed the model in multiple plates to speed up multicolor. Hard to put together, but worth it

As for putting it together, you need to put all three pieces together all at the same exact time. It’s hard to do, but possible!

Printed in black/grey/white. Looks good. For a good time I was sure the model is missing larger clearance between walls or something like that. It took me quite a while to assemble it, but it was a rewarding feeling after all.

Absolutely brilliant! I love how the print bed texture is hidden by using 2pcs for each, and the pins fit perfectly for me without having to shave them down! they look pretty nice in rainbow silk. I'm sure I'll eventually figure out how they fit together in a sphere...

The small plugs that insert into the pieces did not fit at all and couldn’t construct it.

Maybe try resizing the pins to a bit smaller and print them again, many have printed this with no issues...

In Bambu Studio, drag the pins to a different plate then select them all and scale to 95%…

If you have the pieces assembled then you need to align all 3 parts perfectly for it to slide together... If you need more help then search for it on Youtube...

printed well on A1 mini, smooth surface, the connection pieces were a thight fit so i needed to use a hammer after almost half an hour of fiddling i managed to solve/assemble the puzzle to a ball, very satisfying -1 star only because its impossible to disassemble the ball, way too tight fitting

I printed it and managed to assemble it but the fit is too tight and I can no longer disassemble it Should I print with a bit more clearance

Not sure why it would be too tight, others and myself printed it with no issues… 🤔

After that through trial and error I was able to disassemble it without any problems by shifting it in a certain direction There was no issue with the accuracy the problem was with my method My apologies
