Luminous Sign

 

This model has been entirely designed by me and intended for printing on a Bambu Lab A1, although it is also compatible with any printer with a bed of at least 256×256 mm

Printing and assembly

• The letters are printed separately, using Bambu Lab PLA Silk+ (in this case, silk gold) for the back and white PLA for the front pieces that diffuse the light
• Once printed, the letters are glued together to form the complete sign
• Then, a 12V LED strip (30 LEDs per meter) is adhered around the entire back contour of the letters
• The RGB controller is installed, connected to a 12V 2A power supply, and the IR receiver is fixed so that it is slightly visible from the outside, allowing comfortable control with the remote
• Finally, the printed white pieces that cover the LED strips and act as diffusers are snapped into place, softening and distributing the light uniformly to achieve a much cleaner and more professional visual effect

• Glue or double-sided tape
• Hot glue gun (optional)
