Gerade Anfänger setzen den Greifer schon mal etwas unsanfter auf – deshalb sind die Stifte federnd gelagert und verkraften auch einen härteren Kontakt, ohne Schaden zu nehmen.</p><h2>🧭 Wichtig</h2><ul><li>Geeignet für <strong>Universal-Robots-Cobots</strong> mit <strong>onrobot</strong>-Greifer.</li><li>Die Stifte sollten etwa <strong>9,5 mm</strong> dick und ca. <strong>140 mm</strong> lang sein.</li><li>Für die Befestigung werden <strong>M3-Gewindeeinsätze</strong> verwendet (siehe Stückliste).</li></ul><h2>🖨️ Druckempfehlungen</h2><ul><li><strong>Federn:</strong> PETG-HF – geschmeidiger und federnder als PLA</li><li><strong>Übrige Teile:</strong> PLA oder jedes andere Material</li><li><strong>Stützen:</strong> je nach Teil nicht erforderlich</li></ul><h2>🎨 Anleitung</h2><ol><li>Drucke die Federn in <strong>PETG-HF</strong> und die übrigen Teile in <strong>PLA</strong>.</li><li>Setze die <strong>M3-Gewindeeinsätze</strong> an den vorgesehenen Stellen ein.</li><li>Montiere die federnden Stifte in der Halterung.</li><li>Setze die Stifte (9,5 × 140 mm) ein und befestige das Werkzeug am onrobot-Greifer.</li></ol>

Beginners, in particular, sometimes operate the gripper a bit roughly – that's why the pins are spring-loaded and can withstand harder contact without damage.</p><h2>🧭 Important</h2><ul><li>Suitable for <strong>Universal Robots cobots</strong> with <strong>onrobot</strong> gripper.</li><li>The pins should be approximately <strong>9.5 mm</strong> thick and approx. <strong>140 mm</strong> long.</li><li><strong>M3 threaded inserts</strong> are used for attachment (see bill of materials).</li></ul><h2>🖨️ Print Recommendations</h2><ul><li><strong>Springs:</strong> PETG-HF – smoother and more flexible than PLA</li><li><strong>Other parts:</strong> PLA or any other material</li><li><strong>Supports:</strong> not required depending on the part</li></ul><h2>🎨 Instructions</h2><ol><li>Print the springs in <strong>PETG-HF</strong> and the remaining parts in <strong>PLA</strong>.</li><li>Insert the <strong>M3 threaded inserts</strong> into the designated locations.</li><li>Assemble the spring-loaded pins into the holder.</li><li>Insert the pins (9.5 × 140 mm) and attach the tool to the onrobot gripper.</li></ol>
