100 pill Filler Jig

Hi!

I made this 100 pill filler to help out the tedious task of trying to get cottect amount and not taking a few minutes each, ugh

This one uses the Size 1 Capsule.

Usage

Split empty capsules into the thinner bottom section and the thicker top section.

Push the bottoms into the filler until flush with the inner surface

Add material (my case it was Lion's Mane mushroom powder) and scrape it around until all the capsules are full.

The Bottom part of this jig will fit into the top so you can tamp down the material (and add more if needed)

When complete push the bottom part of the jig into the top to push out the capsules. (only push about ½ way!)

Affix top section of the capsule to the bottom.

Push the bottom to be flush with the top and it will push the completed pills out.

If you have ever tried to do this by hand you will !immediately! know that this is a sanity saver!!

*At the start the bottom and top are pretty close tolerance and after pushing it in and out a few times it loosens up alittle.

I added a little relief to help get you fingers in to seperate them, I find a butter knife works very well until it gets easier.
