TARGETS THE SAME 5 CRITICAL MUSCLES
This is specifically engineered to effectively reach and release:
- Quadratus Lumborum (QL): The deep lower back muscle that's often the hidden source of pain
- Iliacus: A hip flexor that refers pain to your lower back
- Psoas: The deep hip flexor that tightens from long hours of sitting
- Gluteus Medius: Upper glute muscle that can cause back pain when tight
- Piriformis: Deep glute muscle that can compress the sciatic nerve
HOW TO USE
- Place on a firm surface
- Gently lower your body weight onto the tool at the target muscle
- Breathe deeply and allow the muscle to release for 2-3 minutes
