09/29/25: updated with photos of mask after all filling, sanding, and priming completed. Will start the white paint tomorrow and post photos once complete. still have to do the post processing but everything printed great. Will try to add a photo when I’m done sanding, filling, and painting.

I would suggest adding supports, yes. It’ll print without them but it adds to the post processing.

I just used superglue for the parts. magnets on the back panel for easy on/off. Used automotive primer and filler along with plastic putty. Then flat white spray paint and topped it off with a couple coats of matte polyurethane spray. I used the following for the mesh eyes https://makerworld.com/models/1644463

Wow, and for the eyes? How did you make them so dark and still be able to see, thank you very much for sharing your techniques

My son loves his mask, it is a bit on the small side (fits him fine) so be warned if trying this for larger heads. Also, it said supports were optional but I fully believe that they are required. I tried without supports initially and had a number of issues with the prints.

I printed the mask for myself (European 178cm), it's a bit tight, so it will be padded, and my son (11 years, 145cm) will wear it for Halloween In the picture, me and my daughter (7, 127cm)… Maybe I'll upload a profile with Support, the inner surfaces are already a bit difficult, 3 walls with Arachne should also be better I printed directly from the app remotely

Wonderful! Too small for my enormous head, but fits my teenage son just fine.

love this. thanks for all the responses to my questions. it turned out really great. still have to glue foam inside to have the mask comfy and sit straight on your head. used a heat gun to shape the piece for the eyes. and hot glued it down. magnets are really snug and didn't need glue.
