Ford Bronco Double Ditch Light Brackets

Both ASA and ABS print profiles are included in this .3mf, use whichever you prefer!

I have had these mounted on my Bronco for the past two years, through the Carolina summer heat & sun, with no hint of failure. I believe I originally printed these with HatchBox ABS on my Ender 3, but just re-printed with Bambu ABS for this post.

I designed these brackets for these specific 4" LED ditch lights/offroad lights/mini light bars, whatever you want to call them:

But after reprinted I bought a set of these and replaced the outer lights:

I imagine these can be used with other lights as well. The lights mount to the bracket with 1x M8 bolt each, which are included in the kits above. You will need 4x M6 Bolts. Length around 25mm is fine, and I designed these to work with cap head bolts or hex head bolts, with enough clearance for a socket.

Here are the bolts I used: https://www.mcmaster.com/90358A021/

Final note: You will most likely have to remove your antenna for the inner passenger side light to point straight. I can't remember the last time I listened to the radio so this was not an issue for me. If it is for you, feel free to redesign; I included a downloadable STEP file.
