Switch Handle Knob – 5x5mm Shaft (Customizable)

This is a simple yet functional switch handle knob designed for use with switches or rotary selectors featuring a 5x5 mm square shaft. The model consists of two parts:

• A press-fit insert base that firmly holds onto the shaft
• A grip handle that slides onto the base and offers excellent leverage for comfortable switching

The two-part design ensures tight fit and durability, and makes it easier to print without supports.

🔧 Shaft Fit:
By default, the internal square hole is sized at 5x5 mm, which fits most standard switch shafts (such as those used in power tools or control panels). However, the model is easily scalable in your slicer to fit other shaft dimensions.

🖨️ Print Settings:

• Recommended layer height: 0.2 mm
• Material: PLA, PETG or ABS
• No supports required
• 2 perimeters for durability

🎨 Assembly Tip:
The base and handle can be printed in different colors for better orientation or labeling. Optionally, a drop of glue can be used between parts for permanent assembly.
