Here is a numbered crayon set I created at the request of my wife, a teacher. She wanted a set for drawings (if you turn the crayons over, the number is hidden), games (war, higher or lower, etc.) or anything else. Let your imagination run wild! ;)

Additionally, I printed a crayon-shaped pot that perfectly complements my set. You can find it at the following link (make sure to use my printing profile if you want the correct size): Pen/Pencil Holder by LujMakerWorld: Download Free 3D Models

I printed one of the pencils to test the colors and my 8-year-old kind of snapped the eraser off 😂 So I’m realizing the color change seam might be a weak point. I’m still really new to designing/printing — is there a way to modify the model or slicer settings so the color transitions are stronger? Maybe a solid or overlapping middle layer, or something that blends the sections together so there aren’t such defined break lines between colors? Like adding a solid core. I’d love tips to make the borders sturdier.

Thanks for the constructive comment You could try to change the thickness to 3 or 4mm and increase the number of walls to 4 or 5 If you want I can make you a new print profile so you can try it

I have published the new profile, the pencils are now 4mm (2mm before) and there are 5 walls (2 walls before) Let me know if it is better like this!! If it is not correct, I will make modifications directly in my model on fusion 360

I've printed multiple sets of these now, however slightly modified. They print amazing each time and the pencil holder is genius!

I filled/removed the number and added student names to the pencil. My wife is also a teacher and requested these! I also gifted a set to my child's teacher for her birthday. They loved them!

what colors did you use? (I know pink, yellow and brown.) but I want to find the correct shades.

Hello, the yellow was an end of a spool that I don't remember anymore. I think the matte yellow Bambu might work well, the pink is Elegoo and the brown is Duramic light brown

Some of the yellow parts and some of the pink erasers looked dark. The numbers printed smudgy otherwise good print.

the erasers all broke off with the slightest touch, my filament is all the same brand and type so that’s not the issue. the design might be faulty.
