Do you always struggle when trying to open Titebond glue bottles? Well, I do. Since it bothers me to ruin the nozzles with pliers or other tools to try and open them, I designed this simple tool that allows you to lever the base of the cap and pull the nozzle with little effort

This allows you to open the bottle even if the nozzle is crusted with glue residue, and the opening is not damaged, so you can use the bottle again and again by refilling it from larger, less convenient containers

Great print, nice and sturdy. Really helps popping the lid on Titebond glue especially when wearing gloves during a glue up.

The prying end works exactly as needed, but the twisting end seems to only work on lightly stuck lids. Othrwise it slips. I carved in some detents with a dremel to add grip and it helped. I printed this 99% for the prying part, so it’s a 5/5 for that, but I know others will care about the twist function so I had to drop it down to 4/5. You can probably adjust your settings to use less filament. It is set to print like you are using it to go mining for rare earth metals… solid, dense, and hefty. Feels nice in the hand but probably overkill for most imo. Printed well, extremely clean aesthetics, an a good idea. I’m sure there is some variance in twist cap size on TB bottles and that’s why I needed to add grip slots while others don’t.

Great tool for lifting the nozzle if it is gummed up with hard glue. I found the ring is marginally to big to unscrew the cap and I tried with four different size Titebond glue bottles

Thanks for the boost, I also wanted to tell you that the ring is not used to open glue jars but simply to insert it in that position so that you always find it near the glue package bye
