- Recommended materials: ABS, PETG, or PLA (use flexible materials; PETG untested—please share results if successful)
- Layer height: 0.15 mm
- Infill: 20% (linear)
- Wall count: 2 layers
- Top layers: 5 layers
- Bottom layers: 4 layers
- Test nozzle temperature: 220°C
- Test bed temperature: 115°C
- Support structure: Partial support for specific details (as illustrated). Consider adding a brim to maintain bed adhesion if necessary
Precision considerations:
The model features numerous articulation points. A tolerance of 0.15-0.22 mm is recommended. Print the hand test parts first to check tightness (use the image below as a reference; no sagging is ideal). Adjust flow rate or shrinkage settings as needed.
